This package is for the couple that is looking for assistance and guidance through the entire process. We will ensure that every detail is taken care of so that you can relax and enjoy your Big Day!
The Full Package includes:
•Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary
•Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (9:00-6:00pm)
•Help to prepare and understand a budget
•Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklist with all vendors one month prior to event
•Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues (3 venues max)
•Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding
•Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
•Answer etiquette questions
•Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired
•Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors (i.e floral, DJ/lighting, photographer/ videographer, officiant, linen, etc)
•Rehearsal dinner design, theme and coordination
•Lodging and Transportation coordination
•Access to our vendor discounts
•Complimentary emergency kit included
For the couple that has done all of the leg work but needs help with the logistics and
execution of their event.
The Day Of Coordination Package includes:

•Prepare a bride and groom timeline and checklist
•One visit to site of both wedding and reception to go over setup
•Drafting and emailing itineraries of the weekend for family members, wedding party and vendors
•Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
•Receive final payment from all vendors
•Complimentary emergency kit included
This package is for the couple that just needs help with last minute details
The Concierge Package includes:
•Pick up rental items
•Last minute errands (i.e pickup wedding dress/bridal party attire, etc)
•Planning Honeymoon details
•Organizing “Day after Brunch”
•Creating Dream proposals & assistance with writing vows
•Negotiating discounts with hotels for out of town guests
•Creating and delivering out of town gift baskets to hotel
